Luxury Care Homes — Learning Disabilities, Autism & Mental Health

Our boutique residential homes provide specialist 24/7 support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex requirements. Knightwell House in Birmingham is our flagship — beautifully appointed with private bedrooms, elegant communal lounges, sensory-friendly spaces and a secure landscaped garden. Our Derbyshire homes bring the same standard to a stunning Peak District setting, with additional specialism in dementia, palliative care and complex needs. We welcome both privately funded and local authority-funded placements.

Luxury Retirement Village

Our retirement communities offer adults aged 50 and over the finest blend of elegant independent living and professional care on demand. In Birmingham, residents enjoy vibrant social programmes, communal dining and on-site support. In Derbyshire, Grove Park at Ashover provides period properties and luxurious modern apartments nestled in the rolling countryside of the Amber Valley, with magnificent views across the Peak District National Park. Our home care service delivers premium, personalised support that allows individuals to remain comfortably in their own homes. We provide bespoke care plans covering personal care, medication management, meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping assistance and companionship. Specialist Dementia & Palliative Care

Our specialist dementia and palliative care services support individuals and families through some of life's most challenging chapters. Our teams are trained to deliver compassionate, dignified care that prioritises comfort, continuity and quality of life — whether in a residential setting or within the person's own home. We work closely with families, GPs and NHS teams to ensure seamless, holistic support throughout, and accept both private and local authority referrals.

Healthcare Worker Training — UK & International

Coproduce Healthcare Training delivers accredited healthcare training for workers across the United Kingdom and internationally. Drawing on our own frontline operational expertise, our programmes are designed to raise standards, build confidence and develop capability at every level of the care workforce. Courses can be delivered in-person, remotely or in-country for international partners and governments.

International delivery: We work with overseas healthcare providers, governments and international workforce agencies to deliver bespoke programmes tailored to local regulatory frameworks and cultural contexts.
